CCPDA Membership - Pay Renewal By Check

CCPDA has 3 different membership types:

  • $100 Regular Member (Agency Director)
  • $75 Associate Member (Deputy/Assistant Director or equivalent)
  • $25 Retired Member (Agency Director)

Complete THIS FORM and include it with your check payment.

Follow this process to pay by check:

Pay by check to CCPDA Secretary/Treasurer - make payment to "CCPDA" and mail to:
CCPDA c/o Tracey Ferguson, Plumas County Planning Department
555 Main Street, Quincy CA 95971

NOTE: CCPDA membership paid in November/December is valid for the next calendar year or if paid within a calendar year up until December, it is valid for the calendar year in which it is paid.
