Meeting Summary: At the meeting on Wednesday, July 06, 2011, the Working Group reviewed the Subcommittee Draft of the Model SEF Ordinance. A great deal of discussion occurred around Williamson Act issues and specifically around the various Tiers, especially Tier 2. Modifications were made to the draft and are available for review HERE.
Two more meetings at the CSAC offices were scheduled as follows:
Friday, July 15th from 1:30 - 3:30 pm
Wednesday, July 20th, from 10 am until ??? (we've completed the task)

Well...it's time to get back to work...that is...it's time for the entire Working Group to get back to work on this project...
The CCPDA Model Solar Energy Facility (SEF) Ordinance Subcommittee completed their task this week (after 3 very engaging meetings) to put together the First Draft of the CCPDA Model SEF Ordinance. This is attached for your review and consideration at our upcoming meeting next week in Sacramento where will attempt to go through the entire document and complete our task. The Document has "Track Changes" turned on which will allow you to save it to your local machine, make any suggested edits (and have them easily show up)...please bring them/be ready to discuss them at the meeting.
