- UPDATE <July 23, 2011>:  Here's a copy of the cleaned up Tiers Table based on input at the July 20th meeting.  Please mark your calendars for our next meeting of the CCPDA Model SEF Ordinance Working Group.  It will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 starting at 1:30 pm at the CSAC office at 11th & K Street, Sacramento.

Meeting Agenda <posted July 30, 2011>

Meeting Notes

After much discussion, there was a general consensus that we would continue our work to refine Tiers 1-3 and work to finalize a simplified Zoning Table that shows 'at a glance' the allowed zones, uses, sizes, etc.  We also generally agreed that we will remove Tier 4 systems at this time from the Model Code and instead, work on a Guidance Document that will introduce the Model SEF Ordinance that will include the process of writing the Model Code and some suggestions for how to implement it in each County, including how to address larger SEFs that are not covered by Tiers 1-3.  Our next meeting is TBA, but will occur in the first 1/2 of September, 2011...please stay tuned for more information.  Tim

<posted July 30, 2011>  Please note that this document is still a bit rough (still some duplication and we haven't finalized our table(s) yet).  We are also still in need of final review and formatting by an attorney from one of our counties.  Our key effort has been to ID the issues, debate them and come to a consensus strategy.  We have done this so far.  We have a few more issues to finalize at our next meeting on August 3rd before this is forwarded to ourattorney...
