Hi everyone:

 Are you ready to meet and review/discuss the changes/consolidation of the CCPDA Model Solar Energy Facility (SEF) Streamlining Ordinance?  If so, please join us in person or via WebEx/Conference Call for our meeting next week.  Draft #3 of the Model (including a revised Tiers Table) has been posted to the CCPDA Website.  Please visit http://www.ccpda.org for the link to download it or visit the September 16^th meeting page HERE.  Please note that Draft #3 reflects the input received at the Working Group meeting of August 03, 2011.  This Draft reflects the removal of Tier 4 from the Draft Model SEF Streamlining Ordinance.  Tier 4 information is being placed in the Guidance Document that is currently under development.  I hope to send the first draft of the Guidance Document early next week.
