The Plan...next steps

Draft #3-4 of the Model SEF Streamling Ordinance is being finalized for discussion with the CCPDA Members (the CA County Planning Directors).

Our work effort has now shifted to the review of Draft #1 of the Model SEF Guidance Document.  This is a background and guidance document intended to provide 'the California context' for the issue of Solar Energy Faciilities Advance Planning (energy overlay), entitlement, plan check, permit issuance, permit final/operational deployment and long range site monitoring and ultimately site reclamation.
