CCPDA Approves Solar Energy Facility Permit Streamlining Guide, Model Ordinance, etc. <February 03, 2012>

January 18, 2012 UDPATE

The FINAL DRAFT of the Guidance Document and Model Solar Energy Facility Streamlining Ordinance are currently under review by the members of CCPDA.  There will be some FINAL edits to this DRAFT.  Once these edits are com completed, the final documents will be presented to the CCPDA members on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 for adoption.

Once adopted, the documents will be posted on this website and distributed to all members and interested parties.
